Is it possible to make up for a really bad first impression?
so today i was hanging out with my asian friend (lol) and some of his friends who i first met (SUPER hot french girls) i didnt know i was gonna be doing anything so i went to school in sweats (i was working late last night up till like 5am, helping my dad plow).
so the building was hot as hell (i have scandanavian blood and live in wisconsin, so i naturally love the cold) and i didnt take a shower since i was so tired. so i kinda smelled :0, i was talking to them and they were sooo hot and i was kinda nervous (because i looked like sh7t, which led to loss of some con self confidence hahaha) i was outnumber by foreign kids. anyways, nervous led to be looking like an awkward idiot (and im usually pretty good around girls)
even when my sister picked me up she told me i looked like crap, i seriously looked bad, but the plus is that i am 6’3 175 blonde hair/blue eyes and i model part time so i couldnt have looked that bad……. but i did look bad
Most definitely yes!

I recently read that excessive sweating in children is a symptom of sleep apnea.
My daughter is about 3 and used to sweat really bad as a baby but doesnt anymore.
My son is almost 1 and is the same way. He sweats SO bad while he sleeps, it amazes me that he cant sleep with a blanket even when his skin is cold to the touch. He sleeps with a binki so he doesnt breathe through his mouth all the time. But he fusses all through out the night. I always figured it was because he was hot because he thrashes around while he’s fussing.
Could this be sleep apnea or could I just have hot natured babies?
they can’t regulate their own temperature so if he’s hot it’s because the room or his clothing is making him hot. Same if he’s cold. After 1 they gain this ability so I think that’s why you saw it in your 3 year old as a young baby but not so much now. I’m not saying it can’t be apnea, but just saying be careful to eliminate the obvious first because the risks of SIDS increase dramatically with overheated babies. Maybe he’s fluctuating temperature up and down a lot and that’s why he sweats but feels cold at times when you check him. Their temperature can be felt at the back of the neck and the chest, so be sure you aren’t just checking his arms/hands and they feel cold since that could just be circulation and actually he is very hot/too hot. Anyway, like I said maybe it is sleep apnea – I’d be curious to hear if either parents have it (my husband does terrible and so does his mother so I’d like to look into it myself) and I’m sorry if preaching to the choir but maybe someone else will read this and not overheat their baby thinking it’s possibly a peculiar sleeping condition.
Drinking Coffee Has Three Health Affects You Need To Know
There is much debate whether drinking coffee is good or bad for your health. Many people are under the impression that coffee has a negative impact on health but new research indicated that 1 or 2 daily cups of “Joe” can have a positive impact on overall health. At the same time, research also concludes that drinking too much coffee has a negative health impact. Some studies indicate that drinking more than three or four cups each day would fall beneath the banner of “excessive.” Keep reading to learn more about the potential effects of drinking coffee on your health. By the way, I love drinking green smoothies with my Vitamix almost as much as coffee. Here is a Vitamix coupon code if you’re interested.
Coffee is well known around the world for its effects as a stimulant. Coffee is commonly used to promote alertness or help people stay awake. Many people use it for that purpose after a sleepless night. Some people are actually overstimulated by consuming coffee. Common signs of overstimulation include signs of irritability and anxiety. Overstimulation can inhibit your ability to deal with stress which makes the symptoms of anxiety even worse. The adrenal glands can become exhausted by consistent overstimulation over a period of time. Men who drink coffee are less likely to develop gout. Gout can be painful and is commonly heralded by painful inflammation and swelling in the joints. In addition to the big toe, the primary focus of the pain in many cases, gout can also impact the knees, arms, ankles, wrists, legs, and elbows. This kind of inflammatory arthritis makes the joint seem hot and tender and can often appear as red and swollen. Gout is believed to be caused by high levels of uric acid in the body – a condition that is also linked to kidney stones. Research indicates that drinking coffee reduces the level of uric acid in the body.
Consuming too much coffee, by women, has been shown to cause anemia and/or an iron deficiency. This is because too much coffee can inhibit the body’s ability to absorb iron effectively. The body needs to maintain certain iron levels for many different reasons. Not only is iron important for bringing oxygen to the blood and lungs but it is also needed for countless enzyme reactions the body needs to perform to maintain proper functionality. Iron helps control infections within the body. It is these deficiencies that have the body acting at less than optimal performance levels. Consistently suffering from insufficient iron can lead to anemia and/or constant fatigue.
In conclusion, even though recent research has shown there are some health benefits to drinking coffee, there are some distinct negative affects that could arise from excessive consumption, too. Avoid the possible risks by only drinking coffee in moderation. Do this and you can avoid the potential benefits of drinking coffee without the risks of drinking too much. What’s Inside Herbal Breast Enlargement Pills?
A woman’s need to enhance her looks and beauty is by no means an important aspect in improving and strengthening her appeal, as well as her morale and self-confidence. Enhancing or improving a woman’s breast size is an option most women these days take into account, and there are a lot of methods promoted in the market today, be it through surgical, natural or artificial methods.
Natural breast enhancement pills are advertised on the Internet, television, and in women’s magazines. The ads and products center on women’s insecurities about their breasts, especially after childbirth, removal of breast implants and weight loss.
Women in search of a substitute to breast enlargement surgery are trying a number of herbal pills, without realizing that there could be little or no proof of the safety of breast enhancement pills, since a lot of online shops offer natural breast enlargement pills do not mention the potential risks involved.
However, herbal medicine researchers basically mention that there are certain proven ingredients that do encourage natural breast tissue growth in women. These ingredients, which are called phytoestrogens (or “plant estrogens”), act like female hormones that plump a woman’s breast, letting them grow fuller and bigger in dimension. Although these herbal ingredients are generally safe, it would be best to make sure that these commonly-used herbs are approved and by the Food & Drug Administration (FDA)
Based on the findings made by established herbal producers and analysts, the following are among the herbs and minerals considered important in stimulating breast tissue growth in women, and these are all generally accepted by the FDA:
• Fennel Seed – Fennel has long been noted for its abundance of flavonoids. These compounds exert mild estrogenic effects and are completely harmless and non-toxic.
• Fenugreek Seed Extract – This seed contains some of the highest concentrations of the plant elements recommended by herbalists for breast enlargement. Also hormone regulator that that has been used to treat menopausal symptoms and balances the female system.
• Vitamin E – Is an anti-oxidant, which plays a role in the body’s ability to utilize oxygen. It also protects Vitamin A from destruction in the body and unsaturated fats from abnormal breakdown. Vitamin E extends the life of red blood cells and promotes cell respiration and is known to be an anti-aging vitamin.
• L-Tyrosine – Tyrosine plays a key role in the functioning of the adrenal, pituitary, and thyroid glands, which control hormone production, including the female hormone, estrogen, which is responsible for breast tissue growth in women.
• Dandelion Root – Dandelion has two particularly important functions: to promote the formation of bile and to remove excess water from the body in edematous conditions resulting from liver problems. This boosting of secretion is key to the formation of new breast cells and tissue, and the boosting of excretion is key to the cleansing of the estrogen receptor sites which get clouded with environmental toxins that mimic estrogen.
• Dong Quai Root – This Asian root has been used for centuries to treat menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes and cramps. Dong Quai has been known to assist the body in efficiently using hormones.
• Pacific Kelp – Studies relating to the result of diet which includes kelp have determined a link to a lower breast cancer rate, and a healthier hormonal balance – again for healthy breast growth.
• Watercress Leaf – Watercress contains credible amounts of folic acid and it is proven that Watercress is one of the best sources of vitamin E. This is the fertility vitamin, essential to breast enlargement.
